• 4 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience required.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school required.
• Flexibility to handle varied litigation activities, including hearings, depositions, and arbitrations.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions; prepare pleadings and written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions and assist with hearing preparation and attendance.
• Support arbitration matters, including submissions and witness outlines.
• Partner with senior attorneys on strategy, client communications, and case management.
