Qualifications

• 5-10 years of substantive commercial litigation experience.
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing cases and client relationships.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with partners and clients.
• Ohio bar admission required.
• Portable book of business is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including contracts, shareholder disputes, business torts and fiduciary claims.
• Play a visible role in strategy, case management, and business development.
• Interact directly with clients and manage relationships on high-stakes matters.
