Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a premier Michigan firm to hire a Commercial Litigation Associate. This role offers hands-on courtroom experience and exposure to high-stakes disputes from early assessment through resolution.

The attorney will join a growing practice group, litigate matters directly, and develop strategic client advocacy, with admission to the Michigan Bar expected or eligibility pursued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in a law firm setting.
• Strong commercial litigation background, including experience with pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Interest in taking ownership of matters and gaining meaningful courtroom and trial experience.
• Admission to the Michigan Bar, or eligibility and willingness to become admitted in Michigan.

About the Opportunity

The firm is known for handling high-stakes commercial disputes and providing associates with direct exposure to case strategy, client service, written advocacy, depositions, and hearings. Associates in this group are expected to actively litigate, think strategically, and contribute meaningfully to matters from early case assessment through resolution.
