Qualifications

• Ohio bar admission required.
• Portable book of business is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters including contracts, shareholder disputes, business torts, fiduciary duties, and closely held business litigation.
• Direct client contact and significant responsibility with a visible role in strategy, case management and business development.
