Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is assisting a highly regarded Cincinnati law firm in hiring a senior commercial litigation associate. The role offers substantial responsibility, direct client interaction, and a platform to handle sophisticated business disputes without bureaucracy.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of substantive commercial litigation experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases and client relationships while collaborating with partners.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including:

• Contract and business disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Business torts
• Fiduciary duty claims
• Closely held business litigation
• Commercial and financial services litigation

Attorneys in this group are given meaningful client contact, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to play a visible role in strategy, case management, and business development.

Qualifications

5-10 years of substantive commercial litigation experience

Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills

Experience managing cases and client relationships

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with partners and clients

Ohio bar admission required

Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
