Responsibilities

• Represent borrowers, lenders, and investors in financing transactions.
• Assist with structuring, negotiating, and documenting debt and capital arrangements.
• Draft and review credit agreements, loan documents, security agreements, and related transaction materials.
• Conduct due diligence and support transaction closings.
• Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, real estate, and tax practices.
• Participate in client communications and transaction strategy discussions.
