Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of directly relevant commercial litigation experience.
• Trial experience is required.
• Strong legal research, writing, motion practice, and advocacy skills.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, hearings, and case preparation.
• Strong client communication and professional judgment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid Phoenix office environment with regular client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and business litigation matters through key stages of the litigation lifecycle.
• Develop case strategy with a practical understanding of each client's business objectives.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Handle depositions, hearings, negotiations, and other contested proceedings.
• Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and develop persuasive written and oral arguments.
• Communicate directly with clients and clearly explain complex legal issues and strategic options.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff while independently driving assigned matters forward.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
