Duties:

- Appear in state and federal courts for hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and solutions.
- Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation effectively.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on legal trends and developments relevant to commercial litigation.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 200 firm.
- Proven experience handling complex commercial litigation matters and working in state and federal courts.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Admission to the Arizona Bar or eligibility for admission.
