A highly regarded business-focused law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Phoenix team. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value business disputes for established companies while developing meaningful litigation experience in a lean, business-oriented environment.

Types of Matters

You’ll handle a broad range of complex business disputes, including:

• Partnership and shareholder disputes
• Business-owner conflicts
• Breach of contract and commercial contract disputes
• Employment litigation, including independent-contractor classification issues
• Healthcare business disputes
• Disputes involving consulting firms, distributors, and other business entities

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Strong commercial or civil litigation experience
• Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a sophisticated, high-volume caseload
• Strong judgment and attention to detail

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000–$180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
