You'll manage insurance defense and civil litigation cases, take depositions, and draft legal documents. Competitive compensation ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually with complete benefits including dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must have JD from a reputable law school.
• Must hold an active Arizona Bar license in good standing.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions is required.
• Strong legal research and writing skills are essential.
• Experience in insurance defense or civil litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense and related civil litigation matters.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and drive discovery plans.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and persuasive legal memoranda.
• Partner with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally.
• Appear in court and support mediations and negotiations.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
