Qualifications

• 4th-5th year Litigation Associate with experience handling complex commercial litigation.
• Must be admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with all aspects of litigation, including written discovery, pleadings, dispositive motions, depositions, and trial preparation/support.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking increasing responsibility on high-value matters.
