Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 2 years in commercial litigation.
• Bar admission required.
• Strong legal writing, research and communication skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings and motions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage large caseloads and deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in legal research software and MS Office.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• High professionalism and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings and discovery.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct research on complex litigation issues to effectively provide legal advice.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage relationships with clients to maintain the firm's reputation for excellence and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other attorneys in the commercial litigation practice area.
• Stay updated with changes in law and inform clients about the implications of these changes on their cases.
