Qualifications

• 4–5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong background in commercial litigation.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and case-management skills.
• Confidence working both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong academic background.
• Plaintiff-side or defense-side experience is of interest if the litigation background is strong.

Responsibilities

• Managing written and document discovery
• Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, pleadings, and motions
• Handling dispositive and non-dispositive motion practice
• Taking and defending depositions
• Assisting with witness preparation
• Supporting trial preparation, case strategy, and broader dispute management
• Working closely with partners and clients on significant commercial matters
