Qualified candidates have 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience, a strong academic record, and CA Bar admission. Prior large-firm experience and clerkship are advantageous for advancing complex matters.

• Judicial clerkship experience is advantageous
• Strong motion practice, discovery and deposition experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Superior research, writing and analytical skills
• Strong strategic judgment and client-facing abilities
• Admitted to the California Bar

Responsabilidades

• Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters
• Manage written discovery and document productions
• Draft substantive pleadings, motions and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Assist with depositions and case preparation
• Develop litigation strategy alongside partners
• Manage significant case workstreams
• Communicate directly with clients on complex matters
