Job summary

The Standard Legal Recruiting represents a sophisticated litigation boutique in Los Angeles seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing team. This role handles commercial disputes across industries, with exposure to high-stakes litigation and arbitration.

Compensation ranges from $230,000 to $325,000 DOE plus annual bonuses. Associates will be based in the Los Angeles office with a flexible in-office presence, typically three days per week, and a collegial culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years of substantive commercial litigation experience
• Excellent research and writing skills; strong, independent writing sample
• Experience with complex commercial disputes; CRE/white-collar exposure a plus
• Deposition experience is desirable

A sophisticated yet collegial litigation boutique is expanding its Los Angeles team and is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. The group handles commercial disputes across a range of industries, representing national companies in high-stakes litigation and arbitration..

Qualification

• 3+ years of substantive commercial litigation experience in a national, regional, or boutique firm environment
• Excellent research and writing skills are required and clerkship experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong, independent legal writing through a substantive writing sample
• Strong litigation experience, including meaningful exposure to discovery and motion practice. Deposition experience is desirable but not required
• Experience with complex commercial disputes required; CRE-related litigation and/or white-collar investigations is a plus
