Gamoran Legal Consulting is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles litigation team. The role offers exposure to sophisticated commercial disputes, class actions, regulatory matters, and high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts.

Key responsibilities include handling matters from inception to resolution, drafting motions and discovery, and coordinating with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• California Bar admission or eligibility to waive into the California Bar.
• Experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery.
• Strong organizational and case-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage substantive responsibilities while working collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle substantive aspects of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery, including e-discovery and document review.
• Participate in fact investigations, witness interviews, depositions, and hearings.
• Assist with trial preparation, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups on complex matters.
