Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a results-driven professional for a Commercial Property & Casualty Account Manager role in Massachusetts. The candidate will manage client accounts, prepare carrier submissions, and coordinate renewals with a focus on accuracy and strong client communication.

The role requires 3+ years of P&C experience, a state P&C license, and proficiency in Excel/MS Office. Familiarity with EPIC and other carrier portals is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty.
• College degree preferred.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office.
• Experience with agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC, CSR24, and Indio as applicable throughout the renewal process.
• Coordinate loss runs and experience modifications as applicable.
• Draft carrier submissions.
• Support obtaining client online portal quotes.
• Draft client proposals.
• Produce standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and forms.
• Attach and organize documents in EPIC and create activities for teammates.
• Ensure renewals are processed accurately and key data elements are managed.
