Job summary

World Insurance Associates in Windham, NH is seeking a Property & Casualty professional to be the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients. You will ensure client satisfaction and align service goals with company objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in P&C, a state license, and strong Excel/EPIC capabilities to craft precise submissions, renewals, and carrier communications while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
• Functional knowledge of Excel for formulas and templates; proficient in Word and MS Office
• Experience with agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Contact with incumbent carrier to adjust for change in exposures.
• Evaluates exposures, obtains quotes, review, negotiate and finalise quotes.
• With guidance obtains information from client, analyzes risk, and applies technical expertise/knowledge to make recommendations.
• With guidance determines markets within Core Carrier Strategy.
• Creates complete carrier submission and submits.
• Obtains signed binding and notifies carriers.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers.
• Maybe responsible for ordering loss runs, generating proofs and endorsement and audit review.
