Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
• Strong client service orientation and relationship-building.
• Proven ability to analyze risk and develop client-focused solutions.
• Proficient in Excel; able to work with templates and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to strategic planning for accounts.
• Gather client information, analyze risk, and prepare carrier submissions.
• Manage renewals, endorsements, and documentation in EPIC and carrier portals.
• Coordinate with team members to meet client needs and deadlines.
