Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience required, including prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, markets, and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Lines service team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Client Service Representatives and Account Managers.
• Partner with Sales and Producers to align service delivery with growth objectives.
