Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Senior Client Manager to independently serve as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients. You will ensure client satisfaction, strategic planning, and high-quality service leadership across accounts.

The role requires 3+ years in Commercial Property & Casualty, a Property & Casualty license, and strong MS Office/EPIC proficiency to manage renewals, carrier submissions, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures, obtains quotes, review, negotiate and finalize quotes.
• Obtains information from client, analyzes risk, and applies technical expertise to make recommendations.
• Determines markets within Core Carrier Strategy.
• Creates solutions and makes recommendations for strategy meetings with Client Advisor.
• Creates complete carrier submissions and submits.
• Obtains signed binding and notifies carriers.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Contract Reviews.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member.
• May be responsible for ordering loss runs, generating proofs and endorsement and audit review.
