Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Senior Client Manager to serve as the primary service contact for a select commercial client book. You will ensure client satisfaction, lead strategic planning, and represent client needs within the organization.

Responsibilities include risk analysis, carrier submissions, renewals, and maintaining client data in EPIC. A Property & Casualty license and strong Excel/Office skills are required to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Obtains information from client, analyzes risk, and applies technical expertise/knowledge to make recommendations.
• Determines markets within Core Carrier Strategy.
• Creates solutions and prepare strategy meeting submissions for Client Advisor.
• Submits complete carrier submissions and obtains signed binding documents.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy and handles renewals, endorsements, and proofs of insurance.
• Maintains accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Creates activities in EPIC and assigns to team members.
• Produces client communications using templates and generated letters (BOR, pre-renewal letters, proposals, change requests).
