Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team. The role involves tracking policy expirations, processing renewals, handling endorsements, and assisting with submissions and pricing negotiations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance customer service, active licensing (CISR preferred), and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; professional designation (CISR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Assist in submissions, negotiate coverages and pricing, prepare proposals, and bind coverage.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactive support.
