Job summary

Sovereign Insurance Group in Berwyn, PA, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to service large commercial lines clients, manage renewals, and coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate coverages and strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A P&C license, a business degree, and 4 years in commercial lines are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid resident Property & Casualty license required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance experience.
• 4 years’ experience in commercial lines account management.
• Proficiency with AMS360 and ImageRight.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain a large, complex book of commercial clients.
• Process renewals, new policies, and policy changes accurately.
• Review policies for coverage and resolve discrepancies with carriers.
• Answer coverage questions and resolve problems with clients and underwriters.
• Coordinate renewals submissions and gather market information for quoting.
• Share market updates with leadership and the service team.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the service function.
• Submit applications to carriers and track quotations and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
