Cross Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Lewiston, ME. You will service commercial policies, build and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and professionals, and support the Account Executive with renewals and new business submissions.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial lines, P&C licensure, and a strong focus on customer service and communication. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• P&C licensure is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with Account Executives and clients.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve policies (new and renewal) for commercial clients and maintain relationships with customers, underwriters, and professionals.
• Respond to inquiries and documentation requests with direction from the Account Executive.
• Follow up with underwriters for quotes and timely binders.
• Prepare renewal summaries, proposals, and new business submissions.
• Visit clients as needed as a proxy for the Account Executive.
