Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with current clients and solicit new business as opportunities arise.
• Process invoices, renewals, and policy amendments with accuracy.
• Coordinate between clients, the agency and underwriters for coverage decisions.
• Respond to client requests for IDs, binders, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Prepare new business and renewal proposals and assist with rating and submissions.
