Cross Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service policies and renewals for commercial clients, while building strong relationships with customers, underwriters and professionals. The role emphasizes timely responses to inquiries, coordinating with Account Executives, and preparing renewal proposals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, P&C licensure, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• P&C Licensure required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Proven experience in selling insurance products.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve commercial clients by managing policies (new and renewal).
• Maintain strong client relationships with customers, underwriters and professionals.
• Coordinate with Account Executive for renewals and quotes.
• Prepare renewal summaries and proposals.
• Meet monthly with AE to review marketing instructions.
• Assist in submitting new business and renewal packs.
