Job summary

Associated Insurance and Risk Management Advisors is expanding its team of Commercial Lines Account Managers. The firm offers growth opportunities, paid training, and professional development within a 130‑year‑old, family‑oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Account Management experience in insurance, with EPIC proficiency, and will manage mid‑to‑large Commercial Lines accounts as the day‑to‑day contact.

Qualifications

• Resident P&C Producer License is required.
• Middle Market Risk Experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience in an Account Management role in required lines; 3-5 years preferred.
• Contract and Lease Review Experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and agency personnel.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Applied Systems EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Producers and other Associated personnel on client procedures.
• Markets new business and renewals for clients and documents accordingly.
• Analyzes clients' objectives and compares plans for suitability.
• Reviews and services client accounts; prepares applications, surveys, and endorsements.
• Documents conversations with clients and carriers and updates management systems.
• Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve service issues.
• Maintains client files and updates policy details.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and helps meet production goals.
