Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial insurance with client management.
• Hold a valid Property & Casualty license.
• Possess CIC/CPCU/CRM or willingness to attain within 18 months.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with accurate policy processing.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Lines Account Executives in nurturing client relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to understand client needs and propose coverage.
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate policy changes, renewals, endorsements and related admin tasks.
• Lead renewals, negotiate terms with underwriters, address coverage gaps.
• Work with Account Executives on strategies to hit revenue targets.
