Job summary

Falcon National Bank in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Business Banker VP to manage a dynamic commercial loan portfolio and drive growth. You will solicit, structure, underwrite, and close complex loans while building strong client relationships and ensuring asset quality.

Responsibilities include leading the full lending process, negotiating terms, and shaping portfolio strategy. This role requires deep knowledge of lending policies, strong credit analysis, and the ability to develop new business

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in commercial lending or related finance.
4 years of post-secondary education, business or finance preferred.
Experience with lending processes and credit analysis.

Responsibilities

Solicits, structures, negotiates, underwriting, and coordinates complex commercial loans.
Oversees full lending process: analyzing financials, negotiating terms, and presenting recommendations.
Develops new business opportunities and deepens client relationships to support growth.
Ensures credit quality and compliance with lending policies and procedures.
