Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance required
• Minimum of three years experience as a commercial lender

Responsibilities

• Sell business products and services to commercial customers and prospects
• Analyze credit worthiness of commercial borrowers and make recommendations for extending credit
• Develop sales proposals and coordinate commitment letters and client presentations
• Promote and cross-sell other Bank services to clients
• Oversee preparation of loan closing documents and monitor loan portfolio risk
• Maintain portfolio delinquency levels acceptable to management
• Interact with operations and technical areas to resolve problems
• Engage in community/professional organizations to promote the bank and networking
