Job summary

The role requires extensive experience in personal banking, notary licensing, and strong knowledge of LaserPro and regulatory requirements; the successful candidate will mentor junior staff and ensure accurate loan closings.

Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen years’ experience as a Personal Banker.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of bank personnel and customers.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public license for TX or NM.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient with LaserPro lending software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Commercial Loan Specialists and manage workflow, performance reviews, and timesheets.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Assist lending officers with loan documentation, wire transfers, and client inquiries.
• Prepare loan presentations for Loan Committee.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise Personal Banker staff.
