The ideal candidate has extensive experience in personal banking, strong leadership, and proficiency with LaserPro, MS Office, and loan documentation. A Notary Public license for Texas or New Mexico is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen years’ experience as a Personal Banker.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public license for the state of Texas or New Mexico.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with LaserPro lending software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Commercial Loan Specialists; workflow, performance reviews, timesheets, and time-off requests.
• Build relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Assist lending officers with wire transfers, payments, advances and client inquiries.
• Assist in preparation of loan presentation to Loan Committee.
• Assist lending officers with loan closings and with exception/critical reports.
