Job summary

Partners Bank of Wisconsin, headquartered in Marshfield, is seeking a Senior Lender to lead its commercial lending operations. You will develop and manage client relationships, drive loan growth, and maintain credit quality in a relationship-based banking environment.

The role requires evaluating loan requests, structuring deals within policy, and supervising lending staff while collaborating with credit administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial and/or consumer lending with credit analysis and portfolio management.
• Experience with loan committees, regulatory compliance, and problem loan management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to professionally represent the Bank.
• Thorough knowledge of lending practices, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and uphold Bank policies.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Model the Bank’s values and community-focused banking.
• Evaluate loan applications by financial information and risk review.
• Structure, negotiate, and approve loans within authority and policy.
• Manage and monitor loan portfolios, renewals, and past-due collections.
• Partner with credit administration and loan operations for underwriting and servicing.
• Prepare loan requests and portfolio reports for committees/board.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations.
• Develop new business relationships through prospecting and referrals.
• Supervise lending staff and support cross-department needs.
