Qualifications

• Strong customer service, advanced sales, and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial and agricultural loan accounts.
• Analyze loan applications and audit loan files; service existing loans.
• Counsel customers to reduce delinquencies and increase loan volume.
• Promote bank services to enhance earnings and community image.
• Approve loan structures, pricing, and conditions within delegated authority.
