Civista Bank seeks a Commercial Lender to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial loans, including C&I, CRE, construction, lines of credit and letters of credit. You will build strong relationships with clients and drive loan opportunities.

Responsibilities include interviewing customers, analyzing financial statements, evaluating credit risk, presenting proposals, and collaborating with leadership to set strategy and improve revenue and deposits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Commercial Business Lending or Credit Analysis.
• College degree in Finance or Management or equivalent.
• Proven track record of establishing relationships and driving revenue growth while managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a commercial loan portfolio.
• Interview customers to determine loan requirements and gather information.
• Analyze financial statements to recommend lending solutions based on customer needs.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and present well-structured lending proposals.
• Cross-sell additional products and manage client relationships.
