PointBank seeks a seasoned commercial lender who thrives on building relationships and growing our community footprint. You will originate and structure complex loan deals, including CRE, and drive growth by meeting business owners and delivering tailored financing solutions.

You’ll analyze credit, manage risk, approve loans within your authority, and support portfolio performance through proactive monitoring, pricing, and cross-sell opportunities.

• Commercial lenders with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess credit risk and structure financing solutions.
• Experience with commercial real estate lending and loan structuring.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial loan opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Structure and manage complex commercial real estate loans, including investment, development, and construction deals.
• Conduct full credit and underwriting analysis and prepare complete loan packages.
• Approve loans within your authority and present larger requests to loan committees.
• Ensure loans are processed, closed, and funded efficiently.
• Manage and monitor your loan portfolio, including renewals, risk ratings, covenants, and past dues.
• Perform site visits, construction monitoring, and draw requests.
• Maximize profitability through appropriate pricing and cross-selling of bank products.
• Represent PointBank at community events, chamber functions, mixers, and business gatherings.
