Job summary

The Symicor Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Lender based in Austin, TX. The role focuses on originating and servicing CRE, C&I, and SBA loans, supporting senior officers on larger deals, and delivering excellent client service.

This on-site position offers a base salary up to $140,000 plus a full benefits program; a bachelor's degree and extensive lending experience are required; knowledge of regulations and strong analytical, communication, and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Six+ years of progressive commercial lending experience.
• Experience analyzing financial statements.
• Thorough knowledge of Federal and State regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Efficient use of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through loans, business accounts, and services.
• Originate or recommend commercial, industrial, and CRE loans within lending authority and policy.
• Analyze and review financial statements and related data for customers.
• Negotiate and recommend credit terms, costs, loan repayment strategies, and collateral specifications.
• Provide services and maintain accounts for existing customers, ensuring loan terms comply with policy parameters.
• Evaluate prospective customers and loan requests for management.
• Expand business via referrals, calls, and networking.
