Saronic Technologies is seeking a senior business development leader to drive offshore energy opportunities from first contact to contract award. You will leverage industry relationships to uncover needs, shape capabilities with product teams, and turn validated solutions into signed deals.

You will own account strategy, forecast accurately, and coordinate across product, engineering, and leadership to win complex multi-stakeholder deals at speed.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in offshore oil and gas business development or related leadership roles.
• Deep network among Gulf of America operators and offshore drilling contractors.
• International business development experience across offshore markets.
• Practical command of offshore operations, logistics, and marine support.
• Discovery-led, consultative selling at senior levels with evidence-based cases.
• Commercial and financial fluency: pricing, margins, and contract structures.
• Self-directed, mission-driven with strong executive communication.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product capabilities with teams.

• Own end-to-end opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation and award.
• Develop focused market and account plans across the Gulf and international markets.
• Build quantified business cases from validated customer insights.
• Translate discovery into capability requirements with product & engineering.
• Maintain a credible, evidence-based CRM forecast and weekly updates.
• Document repeatable account strategies adaptable to regional buying practices.
