Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced electrical engineering leader to drive the technical execution of our maritime products.

You will lead an electrical engineering team, define deliverables, and coordinate with production, product, and other disciplines to accelerate development and ensure high performance and producibility. Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, budget oversight, and KPI tracking across development and production stages, while balancing schedule and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years designing, building, or testing complex mechanical, propulsion or electrical systems.
• 2+ years of formal leadership experience in industry preferred.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends to lead the team.

Responsibilities

• Owns electrical technical execution roadmap and deliverables for the product.
• Leads electrical technical development of the product asynchronously & through IPT meetings.
• Contributes to a logbook of key decisions & supporting documentation for leadership.
• Balances electrical technical & schedule risks to enable rapid development.
• Tracks KPIs for electrical elements from development through production.
• Owns overall product electrical technical execution.
• Owns product schedule execution by resource planning and milestones.
• Contributes to high level schedule & tracks key milestones with engineering PMs.
• Owns product cost estimating & execution.
• Sets high level budget for material and labor and reconciles costs.
