Saronic Technologies, a leader in autonomous maritime solutions, seeks a Business Development Manager to expand presence with USSOCOM and related Special Operations organizations across the United States. You will identify, qualify, and mature opportunities, influence requirements, and drive engagements from early customer contact through contract award.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of DoD-focused business development, capture, or government experience.
• Strong understanding of DoD and SOF acquisition processes.
• Existing relationships across USSOCOM, SOF Components, or related organizations.
• Willingness to travel ~40–60%.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business development strategy for USSOCOM and related SOF orgs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across USSOCOM and acquisition organizations.
• Identify, qualify, and mature opportunities in autonomous maritime systems and related domains.
• Lead capture planning, win strategies, and customer engagement activities for priority pursuits.
• Forecast opportunities, report pipeline, and maintain CRM data.
