Job summary

MAM Gruppe in Dallas, Texas seeks a senior commercial professional to lead the full spectrum of quantity surveying on large capital projects. You will own valuation, negotiation and resolution of change orders and claims across major subcontracts, driving cost control and risk management from project outset through closeout.

You will interact with corporate decision-makers and project teams to validate cost-to-complete estimates, provide budget performance insights and forecast-at-completion

Qualifications

• At least 15+ years of commercial, contract administration or quantity surveying experience.
• Minimum 10+ years in construction or EPC environments.
• Track record negotiating with corporate decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation, negotiation and resolution of change orders and claims on major subcontracts.
• Prepare budget performance and forecast-at-completion reports.
• Provide early-warning trend analysis based on cost interrogation.
• Oversee billing, accounts receivable and cash collection.
• Close out supply chain contracts after completion.
• Lead contract administration and compliance across prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and procurement to defend commercial decisions.
