Schneider Electric seeks a Commercial Leader for Complex Projects (Federal / C&I) to guide a sales team delivering turnkey design-build infrastructure solutions across Federal and Commercial & Industrial markets. This role drives new business development, market expansion, and sales performance with accountability for pursuit strategy and multi-stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience in complex, solution-based sales; Federal, Commercial & Industrial, and/or Water/Wastewater markets preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
