Qualifications

• Must be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain a wide variety of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and coordinate parts and manuals.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, gas, mechanical, and refrigeration systems in commercial kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate procurement of replacement parts, manuals, and manufacturer documentation.
• Test equipment and verify operation following maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records, repair documentation, and work order data.
• Ensure work complies with manufacturer specifications, safety requirements, and applicable codes.
