Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to service and repair restaurant equipment in our area. You will diagnose issues, install parts, and coordinate with manufacturers to resolve problems, while maintaining accurate service records.

The role requires reading schematics, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety. On-site service with potential for career growth and company-provided tools and training are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or relevant military service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• EPA certification and CFESA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant/hospitality managers to offer service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration and ware-washing.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair kitchen equipment and related systems.
• Read diagrams and schematics to guide repairs.
• Communicate with manufacturers for diagnoses and parts identification.
• Install ordered parts promptly and in line with policy.
• Produce accurate work orders, time reporting, and inventory records.
