Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility systems.
• Lead central utility and power plant operations to ensure continuous service.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor system performance and identify efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance and development for engineering staff.
