Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Superintendent to lead high-end corporate interior tenant improvements in Austin. You will run on-site operations from mobilization to closeout, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure top-tier finish quality for blue-chip tech and life-science clients.

The role requires GC-side TI project experience, fluency with Procore and Bluebeam, and daily presence on Austin sites. Competitive compensation and a car or car allowance are offered.

Qualifications

• GC-side superintendent experience running commercial interior tenant improvement work.
• Genuine Class A corporate, tech, or life-science interior finish experience.
• Proven ability to run mid-to-large interior projects and manage multiple subcontractors on occupied or fast-track sites.
• Fluency with Procore and Bluebeam.
• Based in the Austin metro or able to be on Austin jobsites daily.

Responsibilities

• Run high-end commercial interior tenant improvement projects on site, from mobilization through closeout.
• Own day-to-day field operations: scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality control.
• Manage the finish tier that defines our work, holding subs and trade partners to a premium standard.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
• Drive punch list, closeout, and turnover, delivering a clean, client-ready product.
