Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Superintendent - Commercial Interiors (Tenant Improvements) to lead on-site field operations for interior construction projects in Austin. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and highest quality execution on Class A offices and high-rise interiors.

Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, read construction drawings, and drive timely completions while collaborating with Project Managers to deliver premium results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with Class A office, high-rise, and tenant improvements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Safety regulations knowledge and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for tenant improvement and interior construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to drive timely project completion.
• Conduct site meetings and resolve field challenges.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
