Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Commercial Integration Senior Analyst to support due diligence, financial modeling, and contract administration for wind, solar, storage, and digital infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with internal teams across Development, Portfolio Finance, Asset Management, and external partners to ensure projects move smoothly into commercial operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, business/market analysis, project valuation, or contract administration.
Experience reading regulatory or legal documents.
Ability to read, translate, and interpret complex agreements or regulations; understanding of legal terminology.
Experience researching, analyzing, and synthesizing data and reports.

Responsibilities

Due Diligence on New Project Investments: Support evaluations, agreements, contract reviews, and diligence for acquisitions or investments.
Financial & Performance Management: Develop prudent revenue, expense, and capex assumptions for long-term budgets.
Commercial Management & Administration: Compile compliance requirements and assist in negotiations to ensure commercial operations.
Strategic Initiatives & Project Integration: Support consistency in evaluations, due diligence, and enterprise-wide process improvements.
Leadership: Foster an inclusive culture and build cross-functional relationships.
