Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Commercial Integration Senior Analyst to assist in the commercial integration of wind, solar, battery storage, and digital infrastructure projects. You will work across Finance, Development, Operations, and Asset Management to ensure projects reach commercial operations and are set up for compliant management.

This hybrid role supports due diligence, budgeting, contract administration, and strategic project integration across multiple offices including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience reading regulatory or legal documents.
• Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluations and due diligence for acquisitions and investments.
• Assist budgeting revenues, expenses, and capex for long-term plans.
• Ensure compliance and performance metrics in contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with teams to improve project integration and reporting.
• Develop information-sharing platforms and reporting systems.
